UK Growth slows to 0.2%

The UK economy suffered too much of problems int he last year. From a steadily growing economic power, UK lost its economy around the second and third quarter of 2010. However, the first quarter of 2011 revealed some signs of healing when a percent of growth was marked. This put the beginning of huge talks about how the government was underestimated and how the economy is finally building up itself to a good level of stability. Nonetheless, we again witness economic problems - the economy shrunk again with only 0,2% of growth in the second quarter of 2011.

Economists say this is caused by the jumping oil prices, the Japanese problems where the UK had significant loss of interests in trade with Japan and so on. In domestic factors, elements such as unemployment in some particular regions and severe economic pressure on stock trading have contributed to the slowing down of the recession. Some suggestions even lead to the political problems of the country where the exhaustion of huge military resource for operations in Libya has costed the UK an opportunity to input budget savings into the restoration of the economy.

But even when the economy slows down, the politicians of the day are positive. The Tories once again said that the economy is actually working and all is fine until this economy is creating jobs for its people. Probably Mr Cameron needs to go through digital display printing and advertise his persona by saying that he actually achieved a progress in economic terms rather than firing 3000 people from the public sector in Manchester.

The fact is that the economy is again decreasing in its temps of development and the UK is in need of more savings to be inputted into the corporate and business environment. Otherwise, the country is again risking an economic stability problem.
